• Configure all components including devices and device features, end users, device profiles, lines, Cisco Unity Connection CUC
• Setup voicemail boxes Cisco Intelligent Contact Management ICM
• Configure Configuration Manager Explorer and List Tool components including Agents, Teams, Skill groups, and Dialed NumbersCUIC administration for Call Center reportingCCMP administration for Call Center agent management
