• Test Automation Lead: 7 - 8 Years of exp.
• Requirement or User Story Analysis
• Clarifications with BSAs and Dev team
• Master Test Strategy
• Estimations, Task Assignments
• Automation Feasibility for User Stories in scope
• Review of Test Scripts/ Test Cases
• Test Data setup and Environment coordination
• Test Execution planning and tracking
• Defect Management
• Collaboration with BSAs, and Dev Team to deliver high quality stories to production
• Standup Calls, Sprint Planning Meetings, Reporting, Highlight risks, dependencies and mitigation plan
• Mentoring and enablement of team with required skills
• Ensure entire team is Adhering to Standards and Processes
