Must Have Skills:
- Strong Functional expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, Strong solution architecture skills integration, security, data and technology architecture, Drive large technology transformation programs involving platforms and products
- 10+ years of solution design experience in HCM packages like SAP and SuccessFactors is MUST.
- Experience in SuccessFactors EC
- Experience in integration build using Dell Boomi / CPI with SuccessFactors modules (especially EC).
Nice to have skills:
- Experienced in business process study and gap analysis, business process reengineering, process integration and mapping, designing, functional specification prototyping, testing, training, and cutover and change management activities.
Certifications Needed: Yes
Minimum years of experience: 10+ years
Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Write business requirements, design documents and functional specifications
- Provide support to development team during build phase
- Provide governance for functional configuration and monitor the deliverables
- Functional/SIT/UAT Testing Support
- Create Functional and SIT test Cases with expected results
- Work with teams in validating test results
- Work with Client PM to create/perform Project Management deliverables and stage gates
