Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 6 years of experience in Oracle Apps (R12) Functional Skills with extensive Solution and Consulting experience Oracle Finance modules (EBS 12.2.X).
• Excellent working knowledge on Oracle financial modules like AP, GL, CM, SLA, FA, iProc.
• Should be good in Oracle Finance (P2P, R2R, O2C) process and hands on experience is desirable
• Managing geographically spread consultants as well as client stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct elaborate meetings with Client to gather business requirements to develop new business functionalities and changes in the existing business functionalities

Preferred:

• Experience working in Onsite/Offshore model.
• Good to have experience and knowledge in GxP Compliance and should have worked on GxP Systems.
• Should have good working knowledge of Oracle EBiz Finance processes such as P2P, R2R, O2C etc. Hands on experience of SLA driven application maintenance and support process.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client and manage expectations
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
