Detailed Job Descritpion:

• Should have minimum 10 + years of experience in end to end SAP Basis implementation full life cycle.
• Should have hands on experience in SAP BASIS tasks such as designing & Implementing Landscape and Infrastructure, Client Strategy, Capacity Planning (Sizing), High-Availability & Disaster Recovery setup, Backup & Recovery Strategy, Storage systems, SAP Upgrades, OS /DB, Migration, Solutioning and Basis Administration.,
• Should have experience in installing configuring, maintaining, and supporting multiple SAP landscapes and 3rd party tools.,
• Candidate should have working experience of technology stack for SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC), Business Intelligence (BI,/BW), Enterprise Portal (EP), SLD, Process Integration (XI /PI), SAP CRM, SAP CE, SAP SRM, SAP SUS, SRM MDM, Supplier Portal, Web Dispatcher, cFolders Content Server, CUA, SAP HANA and Solution Manager.,
• Candidate should have good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team.
• He/ she should be able to understand methodologies and their interaction with other business processes / applications.
• Should be self-driven, takes projects/tasks to completion.
• Coordinates the activities of technical support team members to meet contract obligations.
• Should have good client interfacing skills. Maintain close contact with client regarding assignments, work progress and statuses.
• Effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experience.
• Identify potential issues and drives resolution to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Escalation Management and professional representation of IT operations in the relevant governance structures
