Detailed Job Description:

• Performance monitoring and tuning. Should be able to provide input on performance testing and various NFR which should be setup for a new app. Need to work with Allstate Performance testing team and should be able to analyze the performance test results and provide feedback.
• Should have knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace/Splunk so that he/she can provide input and help in setup of these for the new app by working with the Allstate stakeholders.
• Server capacity planning for the new app and disaster recovery setup.

Minimum years of experience*: 5+
