• Experience modeling and documenting database schemas and structures
• Experience establishing and maintaining data dictionaries
• The ability troubleshoot underperforming queries and stored procedures
• The ability to evaluate high level requirements against existing or new application/feature builds in order to estimate costs, resourcing and timelines for delivery
• The ability to work with key business partners and systems analysts to understand business requirements and establish data patterns and frameworks necessary to support development efforts
• Able to participate in architecture reviews with development teams in order to provide direction as it relates to data, structures and utilization patterns

• Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2016
• Microsoft Service Broker Queueing
• SSRS and SSIS

• Health Care System Experience (prior authorization and claims processing)
• Exposure to HIPAA environments
• Elastic Search
