This application involves key business processes which Laboratory Accreditation and standardization. This legacy application is written in COBOL and PowerBuilder and several other technologies, with development and maintenance activities done by the end client team. Infosys will provide the maintenance support of the incident support to application landscape.Manage day to day operation for SCORES Application support within agreed Cost, Schedule and SLAWork with the Manager on daily basis for the following functions: Support Request and Review Process Ticket Prioritization and Approval Process Coordination with Offshore Support Team and Interaction Issue Resolution, Integration, Testing, and Documentation Adhering to end client standard processes After Hours Support Coverage Service Improvement Initiatives Engagement level FeedbackWorks with rest of Supplier and end client Service Delivery Manager to address escalated Issues and Risks
