- At least 6 years of DBA experience with Information Technology.

- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours
- Experience working 24x7 on - call rotation with your team and respond to incidents; lead triage bridges during incidents and provide needed status updates
- Understanding of SLA requirements and role of high availability architectures, performance optimization, and monitoring techniques
- Experience with application instrumentation and monitoring
- Ability to review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and process and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Detailed understanding of business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving, communication, organizational time management and multi-tasking skills.
