  •  We are looking for a bright and talented individual with a BA background, preferably in Information Security.
  • This team is in the process of on-boarding banking applications into a larger IAM tool called SailPoint.
  • This individual would be responsible for speaking with business application owners and taking requirements from them directly as to how to provision accounts in the given application.
  • He or she will be responsible for creating documentation that the IAM team can then later use for provisioning accounts.
  • This individual should be extremely detail oriented and have a background in Business Analysis and be able to take well written requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Business Partners and Information technology application groups to define Business roles/Technical roles and assist in integrating these requirements into an effective IAM solution.
  • Act as application onboarding lead/Point of contact for SanIAM/SailPoint team to effectively onboard GLBA/SOX, High risk applications and manage already onboarded applications
  • Work closely with application owners/Business teams to understand and document application configuration (Active Directory/JDBC/Flat file/API etc.) for onboarding identity and application data into access governance platform
  • Perform completeness and accuracy checks and reconciliation on the data and evidence received from end application
  • Document the steps to be performed during completeness and accuracy checks
  • Work with the SailPoint IIQ (SanIAM) team to perform removals of access and termination from application.
  • Create enhancements for application configuration changes, found during QA validation of application
  • Work with the Security Access & Control team (SAC) and provide them data for the applications that were not connected to the SailPoint IIQ.
  • Define requirements and analyze all data feeds to ensure that IAM is receiving accurate and timely data from target systems and other data sources.
  • Work with 3rd party application owners to define and document process to collect their user access data.
  • Work closely with the Data Access Modeling team to identify application scope and to resolve any issues identified during reconciliation of data.
  • Work with application teams to create Custom Access request forms in SailPoint
  • Design and analyze Security Administration processes/workflows, recommended ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness and helped implement the solutions.
  • Configure, analyze, and maintain IAM tool (SailPoint) ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness of the tool.
  • Recommend, analyze and support integration of additional systems/applications to SailPoint.
  • Post deployment support for application entitlement, role, groups updates/modifications in a timely manner
  • Recommend best approach for Entitlements, Transfer/Orphans reviews and implemented solutions for quarterly SanIAM UER (User entitlement review) process
  • Documentation procedures and workflows including Flow Diagrams for joiner, mover, leaver process into the bank
  • Troubleshoot IAM issues related to the tool configuration or the data itself.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent or closely related field with relevant experience
