Update existing DMAS Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan
Job Description - Scope of Work
A. Work directly with the 14 Division's Continuity of Operations (COOP) Coordinators to properly indentify and fully document Division-level primary business functions (PBFs)
B. Populate (complete) the PBF template, required by Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM).
C. Update all sections of the existing DMAS Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan.
D. Assist the DMAS Emergency Coordination Officers (ECOs) to develop a tabletop exercise scenario and script(s), related participant manuals, and to write the after action report (AAR).
E. Support and assist the DMAS Agency Information Technology Resource (AITR) to update existing HIPAA Contigency Plan/DR Plans
