• Experience of upgrading from OIM 11g to OIM12c
• Expertise in Architecture and Design of Oracle Identity Manager 12c
• He or she would be responsible in defining OIM 11g to 12 c migration strategy. Provide thought leadership Ability to design OIM 12c High Availability and DR setup
• Experience in Capacity planning and sizing of OIM 12c Expertise in Performance tuning of OIM12c Good in Java Development Working experience on implementing Connectors - AD, PeopleSoft, Archer, Exchange, IBM Lotus, Custom connectors Deep understanding of OIM 12c DB schema Experience in Installation and Configuration of OIM 12c environment
