MUST HAVES:
- 3-5 years of experience for Systems Administrator in IT infrastructure development.
- Technical knowledge in server hardware and Windows Server 2008R2 / 2012 administration and later.
- Experience implementing OnBase Document Management System in a large and complex organization.
- Experience supporting Microsoft SQL, and IIS.
- Experience supporting highly available systems in particular with Microsoft Cluster Services and network load balancing.
- Familiar with hypervisor technologies, such as VMWare 5.1.
PLUSSES:
- OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) is a plus.
DAY TO DAY:
- Roll out new integrations with the OnBase Platform.
- Install and maintain OnBase System and all related processes, including backup/restore, security policies and data protection, tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring of resources to ensure high availability of all services provided.
- Address operational systems issues including file share permissions, user accounts and installing application
- Troubleshoot and provide problem resolution for complex server issues.
- Write and document test plans for system implementation and maintenance.
- Plan and implement upgrades.
- Provide mentoring and cross-training of supported applications.
- Management of support issues across multiple tenants utilizing the OnBase service
- The responsibility of o365 system administration is to maintain:
- Daily record directory sync issues,
- Management of support issues across multiple tenants
- Administration of o365 portal and FIM Portal – addressing alerts and errors
- Support administration of new implementations to the o365 cloud, including the migration into the o365 cloud.
