Detailed Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience in delivering CRM solutions (preferably Dynamics 365) in the role of Program Manager
- Good technical understanding on Dynamics 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 Portals, AI/ML, Bots and Customer Service App
- Experience managing at least two full lifecycle implementations using Dynamics 365 / CRM.
- Demonstrated experience presenting and interfacing with senior executives.
- Excellent organization, communication, presentation, training, customer relationship and analytical skills
- Highly motivated, self - starter with the ability to work within an operating framework
- Customer service-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to be highly effective in a virtual team organization
- Familiar with agile implementation methodology
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Microsoft Dynamics certifications
