Complete Description: PeopleSoft is the current District wide HCM platform and provides a web-enabled, vendor-supported and a fully integrated platform that will include future improvements and enhancements.
Selected candidates will be expected to:
Develop and implement a bi-directional integration solution between the JobScience, a DCPS recruitment tool, and the PeopleSoft.
Develop and implement PeopleSoft automation of the on-boarding process including PeopleSoft Template Based Hire, bi-directional integration between the PeopleSoft and Active Directory, and PeopleSoft Single Sign On using LDAP.
Improve, enhance, and expand PeopleSoft Performance Management solution currently implemented by the District.
Improve, enhance, and expand PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management solution currently implemented by the District.
1. Perform functional analysis, requirements definition for above listed modules a. Work with Business Users to gather and document requirements to apply system solutions to business problems. b. Identify and document gaps in business processes c. Identify Business Process Reengineering opportunities for existing and future modules and processes d. Document system enhancement proposals, outline issues, alternatives and provide recommendations detailing performance, costs, scheduling, time and benefits. e. Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage. f. Performs all PeopleSoft configurations to meet business requirements 2. Senior level functional expertise to develop any necessary customizations.
