Detailed Job Description:

• Client facing lead developer role on JAVA micro services development. Need to work closely with client teams and offshore teams. Lead the team from the front both in technical aspects and managerial aspects:
• Hands - on experience with API Development, Webservices (REST SOAP)
• Advanced Java/JEE, Springboot, Microservices development
• WebSphere Commerce Server experience
• Knowledge of Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Cloud, AWS, PCF
• Knowledge of Splunk, CI/CD Deployments
• Tools Jenkins, Maven, Junit, Selenium
• Tools and techniques for code analysis, CI-CD, AGILE, DevOps
• Knowledge of Cassandra and/or IBM WCS (preferable but not mandatory)
• Good knowledge on Non-Functional Requirements (Security, Performance, Scalability, etc.)
• Manage and deploy micro services to multiple cloud platforms.
• Familiar with latest trends in industry from technology and domain standpoint
• Thorough understanding of AGILE principles and practices
• Understanding of JIRA, QTest, SOAP UI, SonarQube, Fortify tools
• Telecom/Retail Domain Knowledge
• Strong business process/system analytical skills
• Creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated client facing skills,
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff
• Technical design experience in transforming and developing requirements into functional / technical design team Player
