Detailed Job Description:

• The Product Manager serves as the single point of accountability for a given IT product and is the face to the customer for their assigned Product(s).
• They must understand the organization's workflow, processes and customer experience and ensure the IT Product(s) meets current and future needs.
• This role operates at the intersection of technology, engineering, and business value.
• Responsibilities Develop and manage the IT Product roadmap of assigned product line and ensure it delivers expected business value.
• Develop a strong partnership with business line leaders, IT members, and Business Product Management.
• Understand the business/process making sure IT Product roadmaps are meeting the needs of a rapidly changing business.
• Collaborate across the organization to prioritize product initiatives partnering closely with IT and business product management.
• Communicate the technology product roadmap to stakeholders
• Enterprise infrastructure product business case development
• Manage key initiatives to ensure achievement of critical milestones and results
• Provide expert guidance and critical analysis of proposed changes during design reviews and product demos with an eye towards simplicity of design and function
• Understand and incorporate regulatory & compliance requirements into product design
• Keep abreast of existing and emerging technologies impactful to our business Requirements
• Technical product management experience preferred A bias toward architecture evolution that continually adds business value
• Experience building and delivering solutions with world-class security and reliability
• Knowledge of the fintech industry (technology, financial instruments, workflows, etc.) preferred
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, absorb, and analyze information quickly and independently
• Ability to develop recommendations, form judgments and make decisions based on existing available data
• Executive communication (verbal and written) skills and an ability to communicate complex technical information in simpler terms
• Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization
• Highly motivated, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance
• Proven ability to develop and manage cross functional processes and project timelines

Minimum years of experience*: 9+

Education Qualification require: Bachelor's degree

Qualifications needed:

• Minimum of 7 years of related experience including technical experience working in an agile IT environment with a strong knowledge of infrastructure software and general IT infrastructure.
• Minimum of 3 years working in the role of IT Product Manager Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Specific Skills and Technologies:

• Strong background in network technologies including AWS cloud. Thorough practical knowledge and experience using Cisco systems, routing and switching using Cisco hardware and software
• Advanced work experience with specified hardware and software and variety of network protocols involved in LAN and WAN interfacing, security, internet protocols and TCP/IP, and network infrastructure
• Experience with firewalls, load balancers and proxy servers
