Short Description:
The Department of Human Service seeks an IT Consultant to provide O&M for our Document Imaging Management System (DIMS) and Online Work Readiness Assessment (OWRA) systems.
Complete Description:
DHS is in year two of operating the DIMS application that focuses on managing electronic case files across five (5) service centers in the District of Columbia. The resource obtained through this procurement will consult with program managers and staff to evaluate the DIMS application performance, review business workflow, identify opportunities to increase efficiencies, and implement the identified changes along with DHS and the Office of the Chief Technology staff. The resource will also work with program managers to expand the electronic document management system needs beyond the DIMS client case. The resources will also provide operations and maintenance for the OWRA system.
DIMS is based on FileNet, Java (web application), and .Net 2005 (scanning application) technology. OWRA is based on Java with SQL Server backend database
