Detailed Job Description:

  • Drive the strategy for User Acceptance testing approach.
  • Experience in both Duck Creek and Workers’ Compensation is a MUST
  • 10+ years of strong testing background UAT, Automation in Insurance sector
  • Experience doing UAT/QA testing specific to Workers Comp
  • Experience with Duck Creek.
  •  Automation of tests including reconciliations, user interfaces such as Business Intelligence solutions and validation of calculations.
  • Documentation of results.
  • Prioritization of defects.
  • Communications for Business Partners, Business Product Owners and User Acceptance testers.
  • Internal/external and onshore/offshore resource strategy.
  • The overall plan, management, and execution of the entire User Acceptance Testing (UAT) flow, including: UAT strategy, UAT plan, UAT scenarios and test cases
  • Integration of UAT feedback into the agile sprint process
  • Communicate with Business Partners , PMO and key stakeholders throughout testing lifecycle to ensure escalation as well as transparency of any issues
  • Accountability for ensuring that every release to customers is fit for purpose.
