Detailed Job Description:

• Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience including the 4+ years of Hands-on experience with Azure inclusive of ADLS, ADF & Databricks as well as Azure Kubernetes 
• Proficiency in snowflake is also required. Must to have experience in migrating ADLS from gen1 to gen2.
• Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience including the following:
• Hands-on experience with big data platforms including Hadoop preferably Hortonworks with Isilon commodity hardware and Spark as well as experience with traditional RDBMS eg, Teradata.
• Proficiency in big data technologies including MapReduce, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Hbase, Pig, NoSQL databases, etc.
• Proficiency in the following programming languages Python, shell scripting, SQL preferably Teradata.

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

1. Requirement Analysis on existing ADLS gen1 landscape
2. Detailed Design and execution of migration from ADLS from gen1 to gen2
3. Coordination with Customer
