• Setup the physical servers 
• Hardware Console Administration
• Firmware Patch Administration
• Log file administration
• Server Partitioning
• Incident management -Managing users service disruption incidents including ticket logging, resolving and closing.
• Administers mobile solution platforms (BES and Good Mobile).
• Manage and maintain Active Directory and group policy.
• Maintain, upgrade and support as second level backup of VMWare infrastructure.
