• Overall industry experience of 5+ years as a Systems Analyst required
• Working experience of 2+ years in health insurance industry desirable
• Understanding of the Care Management in healthcare insurance desirable
• KEY Working experience of Guiding Care Altruista required
• Exposure to Agile Methodologies and to tools like JIRA required
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skills required
• Planning and Co - ordination skills required
