Must Have Skills:

• Must have 10 14 years of overall IT experience
• Must have at least 5 8 years of IT Project Management experience primarily working in IT companies doing the following but not limited to:
• Experience in Project lifecycle delivery
• Operate and develop relationships at all levels in a matrix organization
• Identifies the scope of their project deliverables and defines a plan and reporting and governance structure to manage

Nice to have skills:

• PMP certification is a BIG PLUS
• Candidates who have worked in web application projects is preferred
• Candidates who have a retail domain experience is preferred
• Ensuring that the Project team is adopting the prescribed Project Management Framework, including applicable standards and methods
• Defining the roles and responsibilities for all project team members at the start of the project and ensuring that they are agreed and communicated
• Financial management of projects
• Negotiating and conflict management internally and externally

Detailed Job Description:

• Identifies the scope of their project deliverables and defines a plan and reporting and governance structure to manage
• Verifies that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the desired outcomes for their workstream.
• Report on project success criteria results and manages communication with stakeholders on progress of project as well as issues risks
• Manages the teams delivering into the project both in terms
