  • FCRM, Fiserv web application (easy to pick up).
  • Toad
  • Microsoft Office suite.
  • Keeping track of work: Rally (online organization tool).
• 70% Test, 30% Analyst work
  • Manual testing follows a script, troubleshoot.
  • Opportunity later to learn more on FCRM application (where extension comes into play).
• Pick up/learn quickly and understand business reason behind actions.
• Has research capabilities.
• Not automation testing.
