Detailed Job Description:

• Support requirement workshops, help define the problem statement, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, implement deployment plan, and support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
• This is a new Subcon onsite requirement for onboarding earlier Subcon Rajendran who was part of SBUX account till last month.
• We want to onboard him due to some SOS situation at onsite.
• He has very good knowledge on SBUX process
