• 10 years total experiences 5 years in PL1 at least 2 years of this in last 5 years
• 5 Years in TELON at least 2 years of this in last 5 years
• Experience in working on Global delivery model
• Experience in leading mentoring small to medium size teams 610 members
• Experience in Production support, enhancements for legacy PL1 applications and TELON code generator
• The resource should be able to lead the production support and enhancement effort and bring in stability to the environment.
