Must Have Skills:

• Must have an overall of 8 years of IT experience with experience on the following: 
• Excellent communication skills with good stake holder management, with at least currently 1 -2 years Project Management experience
• Experience in handling Test environment management tool or any ITSM process. Understand software applications and infrastructure landscape
• Must have 3-4 years of hands on experience in the following technologies: 
• MySQL, Web API, Net/SQL/PLSQL, MVC, Web API, LINQ, ADO.NET and VB.NET

Nice to have skills:

• Preferrably ITIL certified
• Good plus who has an experience in design and analysis of Microsoft.NET (C# and ASP.NET)
• Experience on Agile/Scrum development is a plus

Detailed Job Description:

• Work on the TEM solution. Test Environment Management (TEM) provides pre-production environment management for client Test Systems. It allows teams a centralized place to collaborate on and view environment bookings, allocations, configurations, and conflicts.
• Work closely with vendor to provision client environment configurations, workflow set up and analytics and reporting.
• Setup process standards for TEM usage and operations based on pre-designed workflows.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for outages, access management, environment provisioning to ensure improved quality of critical systems.
• Actively participate in the preparation of the test environments necessary for project or Release testing.
• Publish environment booking calendar
• Environment outage notification and scheduled down time notifications.
• Incident/Problem/Change Management and single point of contact for all the requests raised by different DEV/QA/UAT/Business teams.
• Investigation of test environment issues and at times, co-ordination till its resolution
