About the role:
We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Development Lead with experience implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) for customer facing digital applications. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a team of diverse engineers that possess a true passion for technology. You will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our global Customer Identity solution, harnessing the power of industry leading Identity and Access Management Solutions.
A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the architecture and implementation of identity management solutions across B2B customer channels. As a hands-on lead working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on the architecture, technical design and implementation of IAM.
A self-starter attitude, excellent communication, and dedication to innovation are critical to this role.
Responsibilities
- Translate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of IAM projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable IAM solutions that meet business needs. This is a hands-on development role.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on IAM to ensure successful delivery and operations.
- Provide IAM technical guidance and expertise to developers, testing teams, compliance and other project team members.
- Ensure alignment of all critical systems with security and data privacy policies.
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of software development including at least 5 years of in-depth IAM technical/coding knowledge and working experience is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of development lead experience in managing an IAM full life cycle implementation is required.
- Expert knowledge of industry standard IAM protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, etc)
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Cloud Service Models, and DevOps
- Experience implementing best-in-class Identity Access Management solutions.
- Experience developing API’s in a MuleSoft API environment.
- Experience leading efforts in agile/scrum environments with knowledge of project planning, staffing, and estimating in an agile software development process.
- Experience managing offshore teams as well as SI partners
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly
Education:
The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent or closely related field with relevant experience.
