Detailed Job Description:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT infra technologies Infrastructure-Mainframes | Operations and Scheduling
• Should have hands-on experience in working on L1 Application and Infrastructure Management Support project
• Remediation of user access control and general application user administration
• Experience of working on ticketing tools like Service Now/Remedy
• Login to all applications and pull the reports as per the requirement 
• Unix & Windows (Basic Knowledge in any of the skills)
• Knowledge of Linux Operating system
• Able to login to Unix servers and perform basic user access management
• Basic knowledge of Shell scripting
• Basic knowledge of AIX HPUX 
• User access management knowledge required 
• Knowledge of all versions of Windows system
• Active directory knowledge
• Analytical and Communication skills 
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Documentation of the process, provide screenshots, and create documents as needed basis

Preferred:

• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required. 
• At least 3 years of experience with Information Technology
• Remediation of user access control and general application user administration in Mainframe.
• Should have handson experience in working on L1 and L2 Infrastructure Management.
• Experience of working on ticketing tools like Service Now and Remedy
