Detailed Job Description:

• PPDS implementation Experience in Pharma industry
• SCM APOTriage and analyze the issues raised by business users Identify any workaround solution for any issue requiring immediate resolution
• Carry out required configuration activities for bug fixes
• Coordinate with the technical team ABAP to ensure the required technical work is completed for incident resolution Perform the required testing for incidents upon completion of resolution activities
• Provide status update to Client on all incidents assigned to himher Train the users and provide support.
