Detailed Job Description:

• 8+ years of QA experience
• 5+ years of recent relevant QA lead experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience in test automation (Graphical User Interface/ Service Oriented Architecture/ ETL) utilizing tools ( Selenium , Appium , Mocha, Test NG , CA Dev Test , Rest Assured , IDQ , DVO etc.)
• 1+ years of relevant experience in Object Oriented Programming ( Java )
• Experience working with CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab etc.)
• Experience driving QA processes and deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proficient in defect tracking and analyzing root cause utilizing tools ( Jira , Rally etc.)
• Strong understanding of automation and performance concepts and approaches .
• Understand and utilize risk based testing technique
• Provide leadership to quality engineers , i.e. mentoring , onboarding , training etc.
• Strong experience in test environment and test data management
• Develop, implement and maintain quality and test procedures, processes and best practices with Quality Assurance and ensure testing standards are met.
• Ensure adequate test coverage across all the integrate systems based on functional and non-function requirements.
• Provide guidance and Asist with test execution, document and analyze test results and present findings to development teams.
• Identify opportunities where testing can shift to the left into unit and contract testing coverage for Faster Feedback Cycle.
• Triage defects and ensure Jira/defect creation standards are followed and metrics are reported on a regular cadence
• Communicate timely status, including any potential risks/issues to the appropriate teams to ensure completion of all deliverables
• Identify opportunities where test automation can be leveraged and monitor automated script creation, execution, maintenance, and adherence to, frameworks, standards and best practices.
• Looking for a strong End to End lead who can lead the program and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
