- Comfortable with HRSD solutions: Case Management and Onboarding
- Comfortable with HRSD Knowledge Management and Portal Development.
- ServiceNow Integration solution designing and implementation
- Experience in Workday Integration.
- Experience in SAP Success factor Integration
- Excellent Knowledge on Master/Foundation Data.
- Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data resources
- Ability to give technical guidance on life cycle events in HRSD
- ServiceNow Integration solution designing and implementation
- Experience with Business Rules and Scripting
- Experience being a technical lead
- Coordinates with other developers, program/project managers
- Authors all required documentations, models, and designs
- Ability to lead customer through knowledge and requirements discussions
