Detailed Job Description:
- Identity Management - Using OIM tool (User provisioning, password reset, roles and entitlements management)
- Lifecycle Management process in IAM product.
- Access Management - Using OAM tool (User access management, Session Management)
- Create and maintain Oracle Access Manager policies
- Create and maintain Oracle Entitlement Server policies; OES resource and policy changes, JDBC attribute retriever configuration changes
- Configure and maintain SSO federated (Cross-domain) applications through OIF and OAM.
- Create, manage, and maintain scripts necessary to manage and maintain the security environment
- Provide day-to-day security system management and troubleshooting
- Respond to security system messages and alerts and support client s security team to take corrective action as required to meet all SLAs.
- Provide system code migrations across environments as required
- Provide application deployment services across environments as required
- Provide system refresh services for security components as required
- Security policy store migration and Federated Security related configuration
- Applying Patches and upgrades as suggested by Oracle.
- Provide security support to ensure that applications are highly available and meet SLAs.
- Assist as necessary with the installation, testing, troubleshooting and implementation of applications.
- Make proactive recommendations when security system throughput, performance or capacity thresholds are being reached, so that potential problems can be averted and there is enough time to react and take appropriate action before a problem situation arises.
- Modify existing documentation and create new documentation as required to maintain environmental configurations.
- Obtain knowledge of other SaaS IDM solutions such as One login, Savyint and Axiomatics to help during transition to these new technologies
