Detailed Job Description:

• Maximo functional consultant with end to end implementation knowledge
• Lead/drive requirements gathering workshops for blueprint design purposes on Maximo framework
• Provide industry expertise on all Work and Asset Management process areas
• Provides input and recommendation on technical implications of specific design solutions
• Ensure end to end design provides a practical, integrated business solution
• Ensure solution design is compatible with future strategies and vision
• Validate project design and communicate potential issues and obstacles
• Leading business process design workshops, capturing requirements, documenting solution and testing
• Developing plans based on a thorough understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) both Waterfall and Agile
• Manage client interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions, and manage resource requirements.
• Manage individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation
• Identify issues, risks, and project team conflicts, to develop a timely resolution in the area of Solution finalization
• Serve as liaison between client, project team, development team, and other stakeholders
• Mentoring Guide other senior consultants, consultants and analysts in the project by providing leading Maximo best practices and solution ideas and helping them understand the nuances in this industry
• Thought Leadership - To continue to develop and enhances Infosys thought leadership and methods, tools and templates in the space of utilities Work and Asset Management.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required. Electrical Engineering background will be preferred.
• U.S. citizens and those already authorized to work in the U.S. (Infosys is unable to sponsor visas at this time)
• 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, problem definition, architecture, design, development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Great listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilities
• Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail, but isn t afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and do what is required to get the job done
• Creative problem solver

• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
• Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project skills
• Basic project management skills
• Working experience in the area of Asset and work management at Gas Utilities
• Working knowledge of Compatible Units and Estimation processes for Gas and Electric Utilities
• Previous big 4 Maximo consultancy and Implementaiton experience
• Experience in utilities in North America.
