Detailed Job Description:
- As an Technical Management Analyst you will help support, maintain and analyze issues for applications used in the Financial Centers.
- This role is responsible for analyzing complex production issues, and working those to resolution.
- You will serve as an escalation point to review code, update databases, and provide technical direction and collaborate with other support teams to identify the root cause and execute steps to resolve.
- This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- This is a Production Support Level 3 RoleL3 Production Support work related to different applications related to E Comm domain
