• Windows Server Administration, Active Directory support, VMware admin
• Storage/Backup administration
• Support Incident, Problem and Change tickets related to Servers, Storage/backup, HP 3PAR
• Analyzing logs, system messages, Performance troubleshooting, and tuning
• CIFS and NFS administration
• Backup/restore activities
• Coordinate with Hardware / Server vendors for hardware / software issues
• Work with Offshore team to ensure seamless Operations support
• Experience: 6 to 8 years of hands on experience
