Detailed Job Description:

• A minimum of 6-7 years experience in an IT leadership role with at least 4-5 years in Business Intelligence and Analytics. Experience in an established consulting firm is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI (or similar tools), Azure, Data Lake, Data Warehouse and relational databases is a must. 
• Provide oversight and direction to team members on day-to-day operational tasks.
• Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and deliver value-based data solutions in alignment to business needs and departmental goals.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and unity among team members that allows different point of views, understanding and appreciation of diversity, and working effectively together to enable individual and department success.
• Lead complex BI projects from inception to delivery. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor deliverables and provide status updates.
• Lead Demand Management meetings with business partners and stakeholders in order to determine priority and set user expectations.
• Plan, evaluate and improve departmental processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams across IT for alignment on processes, strategies, architectural designs, roadmaps, priorities and resources.
• Provide support of existing applications and services provided by the Data Insights & Analytics team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and Business Relationship Managers. 
• Additional responsibilities as identified.
