Detailed Job Description:

• This position require an expert for AMS BW TPO support Lead from onsite. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the business discussion interaction and co-ordination with offshore. You will guide teams on technical deliverables, solution approach and contribute to the proposal development,. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
• Basic Qualifications for Lead SAP BW on HANA IP Consultant
• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 8 years of experience with Information Technology
• Location for this position is Hersheys. This position may require travel and/or relocation
• Preferred Qualifications for Lead SAP BW on HANA Consultant
• At least 8 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/ Design/ Detailing of Processes
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP BW on HANA Skills
• At least 7 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Should have strong knowledge in extraction, modeling and reporting 
• Knowledge of BW IP and SAP TPO module is must
• Ability to analyze and debug different BW related problems independently
• Basic understanding of BODS and BO
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience with project management
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time .
