Detailed Job Description:

• Responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts to support application testing. 
• The automation developer performs analysis of manual test cases and functional requirements and determines the balance of test coverage to be automated for reuse. 
• This person gathers information from the project team, designs, develops, unit tests, debugs, executes automated test cases and prepares reports. 
• The automation developer will document results and facilitate review meetings with project team stakeholders.
• The automation developer actively looks for solutions to automate test cases early in the test life cycle and works on projects of high complexity within one or more test/development environments. 
• This person works on multiple programs/systems/applications as a project team member and/or lead. 
• The automation developer is considered a subject matter expert in the area of test case automation.
• Minimum 5 Years of working experience as SDET Engineer
• Design robust and scalable test automation framework
• Develop new test automation libraries to perform repeatable tests across different environments
• Research, Recommend and Implement efficient and effective test strategy and automated testing to accelerate release build validation
• Implement new technologies and latest trends in automation such as Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Machine Learning
• Assist with test suite creation, planning, and management of individual testing needs
• Troubleshoot and provide Root Cause Analysis for any issue in Release builds and Production
• Build and configure new interfaces to support testing activities ( Ex: Integration with Cloud Infrastructure, Real Device Pool etc..)
• Execute automated tests on the release builds through CI/CD pipelines
• HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH XAMARIN, VISUAL STUDIO AND GITLAB
• Strong Work Experience in running tests both locally on iOS/Android emulators and on App Centers cloud devices
• Hands-on Experience in version control , Merge Request process and CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab
• Three years of experience in development of automated tests using C# and NUnit
• Strong Knowledge of mobile application and automated testing in Xamarin cross platform environment
• Hands-on Experience in Test framework development of enterprise applications using C# and other languages
• Hands- on Experience in atleast one type of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning implementations
