Detailed Job Description:

• Oracle / SQL developer, ability to create / understand complex queries
• Strong knowledge of relational datasets
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems involving multiple variables, applications and teams
• Unix / Linux - basic knowledge of common commands
• Cloud computing (PCF) specifically knowledge of monitoring tools (BSM, Splunk, E2, etc.)
• Understanding of user permissions, entitlements
• Active Directory basic knowledge
• Change management procedures and policies
• Understanding of various file transfer protocols
• Understanding of scheduling tools (ie, Control-M) 
• Understanding of DRE's
• Commonly used apps: GSD, Tectia, SQL Developer, Active Directory, PCF, Jenkins, Splunk, ADAM, EIM, AIR, GSR, Asset Management DB, Service Now, PAR/TPAM, PLADA, SCOTT, Alert Suppression, Wily, xMatters, Jira, uCMDB
