Desired Skills & Experience:

Job Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management and end to end ownership of the Data Governance program, metadata management and data catalog implementation
- Architect, develop, and maintain Axon/EDC system integration, data processing, storage, automation and reporting solutions
- Develop and maintain automated APIs and ETL pipelines that support Informatica Axon/EDC product development and evolution at scale
- Be part of all Scrum Ceremonies and actively engage in Grooming , Planning and Demo s
- Work closely with Charter Data Stewards to steer the Functional requirements
- Review and define data governance processes
- Work with PO to help in Defining Product backlog , Feasibility ,and later review deliverables and provide overall guidance to steer program
- Steer in Developing the Functional and Technical specs for the User stories
- Define and design the technical methodology to implement policies, guidelines, tools, metrics, and standards for managing metadata and implement data catalog
- Provide billable consulting support to achieve account objectives and production success. Services may include: Implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit to meet customer business requirements
- Perform application development, technical product assistance and tuning to meet customer performance and functional requirements
- Contribute to knowledge capital via project documentation and best practice solutions
- Lead and Mentor off shore team
- Maintain and grow knowledge of metadata management functionality and technical skills
Requirements:
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is required
- 8-10 years Development/Consulting or IT Development/ Consulting Experience
- Understanding of core Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Catalog tools like Informatica EDC/AXON, data warehousing technology: RDBMS such as Teradata, SQL Server
- Data Governance, data Catalog and data lineage experience,
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
- Application knowledge of the following industries will be preferred: Communications/Cable/Media
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with implementation methodologies
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language
- Ability to mentor and lead a team of consultants
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
