Regional / local business liaison ensuring programme goals are understood and aligned with global business strategy and objectives.
Optimises the use of global solutions in delivering local business requirements to consolidate and support the deployment of the global business model.
Agreement of programme strategy and priorities and the associated order book including regional/local requirements.
Management of Programme budget / resources and alignment of programme objectives / resources with the global and regional requirements and sponsoring business requirements.
Demonstrate and apply industry leading business domain knowledge.
Full accountability for associated IT spend, FTE, delivery and support on the Programme.
Programme Management skills e.g. Managing, leading leading and actively undertake planning, risks & issues management
Ability to deliver programmes including development, deployment and production
Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable working alongside US and Global delivery partners
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and verbally
Experience working in Agile, or knowledge of the key principles of the methodology
Familiarity with the path to live activities including ITSA.
Self-starter, who can work pro-actively with minimum supervision
Must have recent experience of working in a Project Management role.
