Detailed Job Description:

• Leading cross-functional teams, onshore and offshore
• Developing the project plan and leading the team through completion. This includes team status meetings, ensuring team does not go off the rails, meets deadlines and deliverables, etc.
• Managing risks and issues
• Managing scope and any subsequent scope changes/creep
• Managing project budget
• Manages any resource constraints
• Maintaining status updates, forecasts and budget in Clarity tool
• Creating status reports 
• Communicating progress, issues, update, escalations, etc. to Steering Committee & Stakeholders
