Detailed Job Description:

• Bachelors/Masters in Bioinformatics or related discipline.
• 5+ years of work experience.
• Experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).
• Experience with testing algorithms (Good to have knowledge of - mapping, variant calling and fusion detection algorithms).
• Experience in Perl/Python scripting.
• Experience in Unix/Linux environment.
• Good understanding or working knowledge of software testing/STLC.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with multiple department managers.
