• Work with architecture groups to implement what is needed·
• Enforce coding standards, design, Code and perform reviews.
• Coordinate and resolve issues faced by team - Onsite / offshore
• Mentor team about technical, design and business requirements.
• Must possess interpersonal, group discussion, decision making, communication with clients (both verbal and written)
• Must be able to work independently with little guidance from others and in a team environment
• Experience with below will be an added advantage
