Must have skills:
- Identifies the scope of their project deliverables and defines a plan and reporting and governance structure to manage
- Verifies that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the desired outcomes for their workstream.
- Report on project success criteria results and manages communication with stakeholders on progress of project as well as issues / risks
- Manages the teams delivering into the project both in terms of performance and outcomes to ensure success.
Nice to have skills:
- Ensuring that the Project team is adopting the prescribed Project Management Framework, including applicable standards and methods
- Defining the roles and responsibilities for all project team members at the start of the project and ensuring that they are agreed and communicated
- Program and Project Management qualifications e.g. Prince2, PMI PMP is preferred
