The Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is seeking to hire a SOA Local Hub Developer Architect to support the implementation of the District of Columbia Access System (DCAS). DCAS will be state-of-the-art health and human services solution, providing the District's Health Benefit Exchange (HBX) with a new integrated eligibility system for Medicaid, private health insurance, and other programs with new case management capabilities that span programs and agencies.
Lead Oracle SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware architecture, development and platform support.
The SOA developer will work closely the SOA archtiect to ensure the District's system and network architecture complies with enterprise governance and standards.
This position will provide hands-on technical leadership and development for the engineering team in leveraging the Oracle SOA Suite for new Applications and Integration solutions within the Government of the District of Columbia.
