• Service Cloud (Case Management), Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex Trigger is needed. 
• Familiarity with SVN and ANT for Release Management is a must.
• Good communication skills.
• Need to work as Functional Lead, will be responsible for creating user stories and translating the same to offshore for development.
• Must have prior experience working in Onsite-Offshore model.
