Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years direct RACF experience including demonstrated skills with RACF architecture, z/OS system and security knowledge, JCL and
batch processing, and DB2/RACF security controls.
Candidate will possess strong RACF and mainframe security architecture knowledge to work with existing RACF and Mainframe security staff.
Candidate must have working knowledge of zSecure Admin, Audit, Alert, Command Verifier and Access Monitor. Experience with zSecure CARLa language will be considered a plus.
Required experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
Preferred candidates will have experience with REXX, CLIST, SAS, ESP (Job Scheduling), and RACF digital certificates / PassTickets.
Candidate must possess strong team player and communication skills, be able to work with lines of business, developers and other technical groups.
Candidates will have a 4 year degree in Technology or Business Management or equivalent experience. Please note any security certifications such as CISSP, CISA in the candidate s possession.
Skills and Expectations:
Design RACF controls to secure and monitor mainframe applications and system resources. These controls must comply with applicable company policies, standards and
government regulations.
Performs changes, testing and implementation of RACF security definitions in accordance with established change management processes.
Collects data and generates batch processes for security related reporting and auditing.
Provides graphs and statistical information as requested by management
Must be able to follow management direction while demonstrating the ability to prioritize assignments.
Troubleshoots and tracks problem and incident tickets with vendors and clients.
Uses effective communication skills to collaborate with other team members and technical groups to identify, review and recommend changes to remediate security related risks and exposures.
