• Hands on experience in IBM BPM
• Good to have IID knowledge or any middleware knowledge.
• Should have worked in production support project.
• Knowledge on L1 and L2 support.
• Good in client interaction Weekend oncall support to take care of any patching upgrades to application server OS etc.
• Weekday Support Both onshore and offshore works in 3 shifts each to take care of US and NonUS region user issues.
